Just got back from the Dairy Queen on Oleander Drive in Wilmington NC and the rudest worker was there. She washed the dishes while 4 customers were waiting to order. One girl was doing her best to fix a banana split... and other orders while I waited patiently. She washed the dishes and she saw me waiting in the cold. There were two windows, and what she was washing was not needed for the orders. I watched her as I went to my car because it was so cold. I finally was waited on by the girl working the other window. The right thing would be for the girl to stop washing dishes and help out with the orders I told the girl who waited on me her co worker, was so rude as people were waiting in the cold as she did dishes. She obviously was trying to get work completed before getting off in 45 minutes. She could of waited on customers and then washed the dishes. She saw people were waiting, and it was freezing! I went to Pender Academy with Clyde Whisnant's son, I really wanted to let him know how his employee was effecting his business. I love Dairy Queen and I have always been treated with respect but this girl was extremely rude. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND others to stop at this franchise unless it is very warm outside and have plenty of time to wait. This night 1/30.2015 two girls were working. Four people went to the windows to place orders, yet this one employee ignored us. The one with long black braids was doing her best, Clyde hope you read this . I tried to look up the owner's name:(Whisnant),, so I could report this. . Clyde, I hope you read this because you have an awesome business, but employees like this can quickly change customers from stop at this Dairy Queen.
