My girlfriend and I decided to go out for a steak not too long ago. It was Sunday with bad weather and after seeing everything else closing we decided on this place. There was only one other couple in the restaurant and we asked if they we're closing soon(we both are waiters and know how annoying it is to walk in 10 minutes before close) but we're greeted by our waiter and taken to a table, no problem. The wine we chose was excellent, however the waiter was a little iffy with pouring the wine as he spread his legs and squatted to pour it, it was kind of funny. He was also a bit over attentive, but I would be too if I was bored. Better over attentive than under attentive. The salad was huge and delicious. The bread came with butter infused with cranberry and chives and was a great change from the norm. bread and butter. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly and melted in my mouth. I had heard good things, however they definitely know how to run a tight ship and establish customer loyalty without trying to sell you something other than food. A bit pricey, but worth it over other similar locations.
