My family of three was pretty excited to eat here....at first! They hostess staff couldn't get our simple name right in the approx. 50 min. wait to be seated. We then waited approx. an hour for our food, which ended up being mediocre. At first, we were not provided straws or silverware. In fact, my husband sat for a while unable to eat his salad & unable to get our waiter's attention. We eventually sought help from another waiter. The salad & its dressing ended up being distasteful & lacking in quality. Service was extremely slow & drinks sat empty. When we were about to leave, our food (& waiter) arrived. We brought the issues to her attention & she had the manager come to the table. The manager did not do anything besides attempt to excuse his waiter's behavior, saying that they were out of silverware & that another table was just saying that they were pleased w/ her service. Wow!! The hostess complained when we happened to meet in the bathroom. The food was mediocre at best & the service & quality were severely lacking. We will never return to this place & will spread the word!
