The manager, Brian, was especially courteous and accomodating. He is the type of manager anyone would want on their team. I recently had a bad experience, when out to dinner at another restaurant and the issue wasn't remedied to my satisfaction. (It wasn't a 99 restaurant) I was very happy with my service and food.at the 99 in Lowell.MA mostly due to Brian... as well as the staff. Thank you. I will most definitely come again.

as a handicap person we were met at door and led to the farest table from entrance talked to manger was told it was done this way because its closer to restrooms unexceaptle i have cane and can hardly move other than that food was excellentthank you robert c lafferty 35 galligan rd lowell ma 01851 greeting staff at enteranceneeds training i am 77 years old food was great thank you bob

We love the Ninety Nine on Chelmsford St. in Lowell. Our two favorite wait staff are Brian and Beth. They always make our time there so pleasant. Very attentive and our food is always great. If and when there is a problem they always take care of it in a very professional manner. They are never rude and they just seem to love their job. They are both a real asset to the Ninety Nine.

I love the food. It's my fav restaurant but the only thing I dislike is the fact that the waiter or waitress keep askin' if ur all set when ur still eating and they come and disturb you so many times.

same old same old, never a bad meal but lacks depth and excitement. Not much activity except food & drinks, good place to take mom but won't impress new girlfriends.
