I visited Arthur's a lot as a kid and loved the breakfast and bootmill sandwiches...It's just not the same quality under new ownership...chances are i won't be returning

The bootmill sandwich is very good. It is a rite of passage to go to Arthur's while cutting class at Lowell High.

The prices are a little steep for a bootmill - $5.00 but it is tasty and very filling!

Give a bootmill a try you will not be disappointed!

The other food is good - normal diner food.

This place is Great!!!! Home of the Bootmill sandwich. If you decide to go get a double egg, double bacon and double cheese you can't go wrong.

This is a can't miss spot if in Lowell. You must experience this place. I went to school there for 4 years and Paul and all the staff treated me extremely well. I miss this place, and when I do come back to visit this is the first place I will take my new wife. Paulie Get some bacon and a bagel ready for me!!
