Astoundingly awful. Food was cold. The health department really needs to shut this place down. Not cool, tepid, warm - down right COLD. I should have walked out. Instead I had my meal but 10 minutes after leaving I feel nauseous. Ruined my afternoon, as I felt so bad I went straight home. Seriously the worst meal I've had in a very long time, and I'm not picky. To top it off, the server mistakenly put the regular lunch price on the ticket (apparently they bump the price all day Sunday for the "premium" seafood options, which I don't eat anyway.) Instead of graciously acknowledging their mistake and honoring the ticket, the cashier went into a tizzy, recalculating everything, charging me full price. Not a stellar example of good customer service. Will NEVER give them the benefit of the doubt of just a bad day. Avoid!

The food was mediocre at best -- too salty (including the ice cream), bland, or cold. I was most disappointed in the distinct lack of friendly, quality service and the oppressive atmosphere. My dinner party was unfortunately seated near a station where the "waiters" stand to survey the dining area. We were rudely stared at the entire time we ate but yet had to ask for drink refills several times. However, within seconds of an empty plate being pushed aside, it was rudely snatched up without even a word. Besides getting our original drink order, our waiter (or the manager walking around) did not say ONE WORD to any of us. The waiter literally stood by my shoulder & watched as I filled out the "tip line" on the receipt and took it from the table within seconds of me putting it down. In general, our entire dinner party left feeling disrespected and as if our personal space had been rudely invaded. Simply put, this was one of the worst dining experiences I and my colleagues have ever had, and we will never be eating there again.
