The staff is always friendly, and the food quality remains consistently excellent. I enjoy the varied menu, great service, and delicious flavors every time I visit.

The won ton soup is incredible! So is the food consistently the best in Boulder! But, washable plastic chopsticks (which I dislike) have appeared at China Gourmet, plus a new (to me) young, shrill-voiced woman taking my order. I asked for a "pot" of tea and received a teabag in a cup instead. She continued to shriek throughout the meal. She needs to pipe down so we can chat over our delicious food! She brings the word "gourmet" down to "ordinary."
