although this is a fine establishment for southern food i suggest those who work for the place be careful of your employer. the owner whom i will not name has a reputation across boulder for having bad business practices. the recepies are great as a former employee of the 30th and arapaho location i can attest to their excellent food, its too bad that the owner didnt deduct taxes for his employees and we all suffered and to top it off the joker didnt bother to pay a one of us the last month he was in business at the 30th street location
