i am a former employee of the country buffet in longmont for over 2 years, and have witnessed VERY poor management with in all my years of working for CB. This is a heartless corporation that treats there employees VERY POORLY even going to drastic extents to upset employees. THERE are numerous managers within the corporate office who should not be working for the company!!! BAD food rick of illness!!!! I'm am sooo sorry to have to report this i wish i could change many things about this store to help better it but it is nearly imposable to have a productive day while working at CB. many problems in corporate office regarding food, traing procedures work enviorment . and health as well as much more. Go get your moneys worth some were els please they pay less than 1$ per pound of food you do the math.

If you plan on going for lunch, be sure you are there WELL in advance of 3:30 when "Cindy" is manager. Today she shut down one register and instructed the cashier not to help people. That cashier stood there and did nothing. Cindy dawdled through a charge then changed her register to the dinner prices and gloated vindictively about it when we stated we had waiting (next in line) and it wasn't 3:30 yet. Believe me, this woman was on a sick, rude power trip.
