I discovered Amore Pizza today and indulged in a delectable meatball calzone, oozing with ricotta and mozzarella, while the side of sauce kept it perfectly crisp. The array of homemade desserts caught me by surprise, and the raspberry bar I tried was simply scrumptious. The warmth of the owner and the genuine care put into the food make it clear why this family-run pizzeria has thrived for 35 years - I can't wait to return.

If you want the best salad ever, I suggest the Amore Salad. Without a doubt the best salad in Salem. The owner and his family are the nicest people you will ever meet. We have been customers for several years and continue to return. Everything freshly made and the pastries are great. Have never been anything but 100% satisfied with all the food they serve. The lasagna and meat pie delicious.

Was at oceans in glass when I walked by this pizza place the man inside smiled through the window he just looked so friendly I thought let me read the reviews and see if people think this place is good I'm starving :)
Read so many great ones I went in and the couple that were there were the actual owners and acted as if I was a family member right away. They were so pleasant, you just get that feeling of warmth right away. The place is super clean, they even had baked goods the woman said she has made by herself.
I ordered a spinach calzone and a piece of spinach pie ( for the next day just to try it)
It was ready when they said it would be in about 15min. The woman handed me the box and said I'm going to give you a baked good on the house what do you want ;) which was so nice of her. Ok now to the review I eat my cookie on the ride home ( dessert first ) it was amazing.
The spinach calzone ( I got the smaller size) was huge and loaded with spinach and cheese... This is by far the greatest calzone I have ever tasted. Ingredients were so fresh, this place is hidden gem. I don't think I will be able to resist going back there whenever I'm shopping at oceans in glass. You gotta try this place, you will not regret it.

I used to live in NY. I was looking for a good pizza around the area. Amore pizza the best pizza in Salem NH!!! same as NY !!!

Saw the picture on the Lamb Kabob Dinner. Looked good and reasonably priced. Got the food and the Lamb was lacking to say the least. Big pile or crappy rice, and some nickel sized portions of Lamb. Will never go there again.

My all-time favorite salad in the world is the Amore Salad.... This has become a Thursday lunch-time tradition at my office!!! (they have great subs too!!!)

Calzones are an individual thing, but for my money Amore’s are the best around. Made like in NY with a good amount of ricotta and mozzarella. I get the Spinach.

This is, by far, the best pizza in Salem, NH. I don't care where you live...drive here, buy a pie and taste a bit of heaven.
The pizza is thin crust and the ingredients are the freshest.
The owner is very personable and friendly upon arrival.
Food is prepared quickly and typical prices. Good note: They take plastic. So bring your charge card and have a party.

Best Italian style pizza in Salem, NH (which is not saying a lot, but the best around is still the best around). The crust is nice and thin, the sauce is good, and the toppings are generous.

Love their chicken fingers! They are very personable and usually remember your name if you are a repeat customer-which is always nice!
