Husband and wife owners. They are so pleasant and easy to deal with. I never feel like they are doing me a favor when I walk in. Food is consistently fresh and so are the Mai tai.
They care about their customers👍👍

This is the best Chinese food in the Salem NH area. They always use very fresh ingredients and are friendly. I have been ordering since Yang Ming took over from the last place that was there. Guests from out of town usually have positive comments about Yang Ming.

When I first read the bad review by Deb, I had to read it again to make sure I was looking at the right restaurant review. This restaurant is amazing. Granted not all their food is superb, but there are some menu items that are simply delicious: crab rangoon and the walnut shrimp to name two. One of the reviews commented that they were addressed by name. Every time we go to this restaurant, they call us by name and treat us like their friends. We feel that our patronage is appreciated and remembered.

I couldn't disagree more with Deb. I have been ordering from Yang Ming since they opened. I have always felt the staff to be friendly and professional. Even going out of their way to address me by my name (which probably showed up in caller-ID). Food is decent.

I feel this restaurant lacks any kind of customer service skills and does not know how to deal with issues in a professional manner.

We order from here at work all the time..this place is amazing...food is extremely fresh and light.
