The food is consistently good and the people are very nice! We have ordered pizza, calzone, subs, salads and appetizers and would order any of them again!

Ordered the "baked haddock" it was covered in butter and gross. After wiping off the disgusting butter it was clearly overcooked and dry.

Don't bother! They couldn't get it right even if they tried.

I've been going to Pelham House Of Pizza for 12 years now and I have never been let down. The workers are very nice and they always make sure that my food is hot when I get it. Pelham house is truly my favorite, and I suggest that everyone orders from there.

First problem, the girl who answers the phone at night might be the boss' daughter but she is just plain stupid. She will take the order, read the order back and STILL get it wrong. Obviously the girl needs to take lessons in customer service and learn how to understand simple orders. Second problem, light lettuce usually means they will shower the sub with heavy lettuce. Third problem, their attitude is horrible towards customers and they obviously could care less what the customer thinks. I hate to inform them but the customer is the person who puts money in their pockets. The only reason I usually EVER decide to buy from there is the onion rings and those have gone SO far down hill. Honestly, if you're hungry and looking for a decent meal, go to the MUCH better Express or Brando's. Pelham House of Pizza is a horrible, dirty and rude establishment. Do not waste your hard earned money at a place that disregards customer's opinions and will ALWAYS get your order wrong.

Lastly, if you don't like pickles and don't want them on your sub? Do NOT order from these morons because the girl will always put them on there.

Don't waste your money. You won't like how your food comes ou; unless your high or drunk. The place is a dump.

Sloppy, wet, little taste, & cheap. Don't bother.

I ordered from these guys and some gangsta Pelham kid shows up with greasy subs ( leaking through the bag) and his music playing some music like he was from south central La. Anyway I didnt order subs I ordered pizza. When they finally came back with my order my pizza tasted cheap , greasy, with very little toppings. And very small. I hope the health department shuts down this place.

I've ordered 3 subs on 3 seperate occasions. First sub was a steak & cheese w/ mushrooms and mayo. Wet, under-seasoned (if any at all), & low grade beef. I didn't finish it. The second sub was a Meatball w/ marinara. Meatballs were like stiff little bricks with no flavor. The marinara was bland. The third sub was a veggie. Decent quality on the veggies but you'd think that hard vegitables like brocolli would be softend by cooking them. Nothing bound the ingredients well.
Pelham House of Pizza might have good pizza but I didn't try it. With the 3 sub experience, I don't believe they could execute of good pizza. The basic problems are as follows. Low quality ingredients, poor execution, and lack of standards

Pelham house of pizza has been in the same place for years and years. This is a helpful hint to everyone liking them.
There have been many pizza places in Pelham. None stay too long. This one is here to stay.
Their spaghetti is a huge portioning and tastes amazing. That is all I get from them because I am not a big pizza buff.
The staff is nice and put on a good operation.
It's not the most gourmet or amazing place but it definitely has a reputation and a damn good one at that.

They smoke and drink in the back room while they make your food... Ciggeratte ashes fall all over the place, in the food, the ovens. It's so unsanitary I had to quit. Don't eat there. Plus the man who owns it is a miserable mean man. He rips people off all the time.

Two times I ordered from them and got hair in my pizza. And I agree with mike they drivers are very disrespectful with their loud vehicles. Don't go there its a pretty disgusting place.

I order from these guys all the time, and will only order from them! Pelham House has the best pizza in town. My one and only complaint is I wish it was open past 10pm, as when I close, I dont get home till its too late to order. Call 635-2700 and never look back :)

Best Cheese Pizza and Roast Beef in Pelham.

The menu prices from menus that I just got in the mail were wrong... So thinking that the total was 11.60 it some how came out to $15. The delivery boy shows up with his fast and furious car with loud exhaust and blaring the music while parked in my drive way. And finally my wife ordered a meal in which comes a salad that they forgot to bring, and a piece of 'garlic bread'. which was chewy sub roll bread. Over all I'm not very impressed. Previous visits I ordered pepperoni pizza with grease oozing off of it.
