Definitely the best indian food in West Hartford. The shrimp tandoori masala is perfect. Yum, yum, yum!

The food is good, and I have enjoyed it over the years, but no more. The food always takes much longer than quoted when you place an order. And yet, it is always cold. Tonight, they did not include the samosas in my pick-up order. When I called, they offered to deliver them, but after 30 minutes (I live about 1/2 mile away on the same road) I gave up. I drove back over and they VERY RELUCTANTLY gave me the money back for the samosas. If I were the owner, I would have offered an apology, the samosas, AND a refund for the inconvenience.

This family owned and operated restaurant serves what I've found to be the best Indian cuisine in the area by far. They are always friendly, accomodating, and the food is wonderfully consistent. Free delivery in the area is a plus, as well. Don't miss the lunch special (eat-in only) which is a fantastic bargain.
