At their 5th anniversary touting "fine traditional Portuguese cuisine", we were served INSTANT mashed potatoes swirled from a pastry tube and nondescript CANNED mushrooms on veal marsala. Are you kidding me??? This is NOT fine dining. I've dined at many Portuguese homes. They would NEVER buy and put on the table what was served to us. "Fine" cuisine is real mashed potatoes, chunked or not, skins or not. Mushrooms are fresh, vary in color and species, not rubber-like, tasteless, solid grey-brown. YUK!

Good mix of traditional Portuguese dishes with a flair for seafood. Wide selection of beers (local and foreign); liquor and wine also good. Wait staff was courteous and quite knowledgeable; owner masquerades as the Maitre' D (not a bad thing.)
I have been there twice; dinner for two with drinks each averaged about $110 (including appetizers.) Entrees in the $30 - $45 range, but are well worth it.
Not an everyday dining experience, but definitely a regular stop.
