They don't care about customer service..you complain about certain things and they don't want to correct it. They'll say we'll credit your account for next time. No i want my lunch today!! Thats how its supposed to be. Then they comes hours later with your food all cold. Its too bad because their food is great! and when its hot!

I order from this place quite frequently. My biggest pet peeve is that when the wings come they're soggy. Who likes soggy fried chicken? I know it's because the delivery takes so long and they've been sitting in that box sweating while the driver makes his run. The wings are plump, there is a great selection of flavors, but they need to fix delivery time. The breading that they put on the chicken isn't great either. I feel like telling them to send the raw chicken and I'll cook it myself.

Great wings! Service could be a bit better... takes too long for them to answer the phones and ever when they answer they put you on hold for what it seems an eternety. If they get a better phone answering system this place would get a better reveiw from people.

Absolutely love their wings--the only place you can find truly HOT wings. I get the Afterburner--but I do have to say it's a little of a crap shoot, sometimes they are better than others. Delivery is awful, we order all the time and they still never find the office, but I found the people on the phone really pleasant for pick-up.
Don't have anything to say about atmosphere.

Food rocks service sucks.
Pissy phone people, rude delivery people, and over aggressive managers that make you feel unwanted as a customer...
Save your money, there are better people in the world.

I ordered delivery two weeks ago and it was a terrible experience. I was placed on hold for 5 mins. The person on the phone was friendly, but the order took over an hour. When I called back I was put on hold for another 5 mins. before being told my cc would be refunded. That seemed fair. The wings arrived and the flavor/quality was all right, but everything was cold. Two weeks later, my card hasn't been refunded. You couldn't pay me to spend a dime here.

I love this place, they let me sit in the lobby 24/7. It costs too much so I can't really buy anything but I'm sure it tastes great.

I mean I basically live here, it's awesome.
