Terrible food. The veggie burger was the worst I've ever had. It was horribly dry, rather like bird seed pounded into a patty. The wait is always incredibly long. On a previous visit, I ordered a soup and didn't like it, so I ordered a salad later on. When I ordered, the waitress grabbed my soup and threw it into the dirty dish bin so hard, I'm surprised it didn't break! I was out with my extended family and didn't want to complain in front of them, but thinking back, I wished I had. Other than that, the decor is terrible (unless you like rusted farm tools on a faux wood wall) and the tables are way too closed together.

Lunch menu very expensive for what you get, which is little. Waiter disinterested. Order was wrong.

Our waitress (Nina) took a very long time to bring us our drinks and then said you need a few more minutes and started to walk away. I reported "No, we are ready to order". She took our order and I asked if she would take my boyfriend and I's picture she said not now. I thought ok she is busy. However, as we were waiting for our food she was chatting with all of her other boothes and table like she had all the time in the world. She had 4 boothes and 1 table to serve. She never came back to ask us if we needed a drink refill. We had to flag her down. Our food was cold when we got it, like it had been up for a while and she never brought it to us. My steak was very charred and tasted awful and my boyfriend's prime rib was done properly either. Overall it was a very bad experience for the price. For the price you mas as well eat at Texas Roadhouse and you would get better service.
