Went there four lunch with 12 colleagues. I asked for a sandwich without tomato. I got it with tomato. I took it back and said I ordered without tomato. The girl making the sandwiches said, "well that's not what it says here." I told her that I did order without tomato and she again said "that isn't what it says here." She never looked at me and was very nasty. I took my sandwich to the table and everyone told me to take it back. They were all horrified about her attitude. They never offered to remake or apologize. The owner then came in and I told him about my sandwich and the girl's attitude and response. He did not offer to remake or reimburse for my sandwich. I told him I wanted it remade and a refund. He finally did; still with no apology. There were at least 10 people that ordered after me and ever single one of them got there order before they remade mine. Then they set it aside because they ran out of chips which I ordered. I finally had to take my order to go because everyone else was done eating. The owner finally gave me my sandwich without a word. This is the worst customer service I ever received. I guarantee they will not get business with any of the people I came in with. That is 13 potential repeat customers that work within a few blocks of that restaurant that will never come back.

Love this place, great coffee, quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Drive thru is open at 6a which is a real morning saver!
