Java Cat on Lien Rd has a cozy, dog-friendly outdoor area and excellent coffee. Their in-house gelato and breakfast quesadilla are delicious, though the 25% tip felt excessive.

Java Cat has transformed beautifully since moving from Monona Dr. to Lien Rd., creating a stylish and welcoming atmosphere that I absolutely adore. The outdoor seating is perfect for enjoying coffee with my dog, and the friendly service makes every visit enjoyable. This is a wonderful, independently owned coffee house in Monona. The owners and staff are always cheery and so helpful! The coffee is the best! and the service is always above expectations.
