I'm amazed at all the high rated comments left for this place. I ordered for the first time tonight and when my order arrived it was completely wrong. It consisted of sushi... and more sushi... The problem is that I am pregnant and can not eat sushi, nor did I order it. I immediately called to have it corrected and they said they would credit the account because they had no time to deliver again. They didn't close for another 3 hours. I did not want a credit because that would mean I would have to eat from this place again and asked that they send the driver back with my cash. Another hour and a half later he arrived with the food, not my money. I decided I was sick of dealing with them and decided to take it.

It was just awful, I do mot exaggerate when I say it was one of the worst tasting things I have ever eaten. No flavor, the lobster was barely chewable, and the scallops were replaced with imitation crab. I do not usually leave negative feedback, in fact, this will be the first time. I'm more inclined to praise an establishment than speak poorly of one. But this was just too much and the effort made on their part to correct their mistake was less than friendly, we had to argue with them to get the driver to return at all.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this restaurant that I am writing my first review. THANK YOU Oriental Wok for giving me prompt delivery and delicious hot and sour soup and sesame chicken.
Asian Kitchen is a joke when it comes to sesame chicken and compared to Oriental Wok. I actually got meaty pieces of chicken, lots of vegetables and perfectly cooked rice for a dollar cheaper than Asian Kitchen. If you live on campus I urge you to go to Oriental Wok for your Chinese delivery needs.
That hot and sour soup was so chock full of ingredients and not just broth that I think I am going to have to go back to the fridge for more now!

Absolutely amazing food for such fair prices! We order sushi all the time from this place and they're just as good, if not better, than Edo Garden over on Monona. I've never once had an issue with the service this place provides. They're a little slow on the phone but they've never gotten an order wrong! :) Trust me, this place is fantastic. You'll have your food in no time flat and you'll be quite satisfied! Thank you Oriental Wok!

Above average food, decent prices, very good delivery times. The only things that keep me from a 5-star rating. One, the guy who usually takes the delivery orders is kind of slow and inefficient, and two, they've stopped giving fortune cookies with deliveries.

Look at their menu! It's huge. The fried dumplings, the Szechuan bean curd, the hot and sour soup, it's all really good. They also have good sushi, and they DELIVER until 2 IN THE MORNING! Can't get better than that. Yeah.

One of my favorite delivery places. Prices are decent. The vegetable tempura sushi is awesome.

Rated atmosphere a 5 but I"ve never actually been there.

I Can't stop ordering from them, the whole menu it's all super ultra heady danks, If only I could give them my sheenis, then maybe they could see how happy they make me,,

(This is a review of delivered food only. I have never been to their actual location, but I order from there a lot.)

The service is great! They're open until 11 and they deliver in 45 minutes flat. They're businesslike yet friendly on the phone. They speak English well, which is helpful when ordering. 10/10

The prices are pretty standard... 7/10

The food is delicious. My favorite is the asparagus tempura rolls. To break the $10 minimum I usually order an asparagus tempura roll and a vegetable combo, which includes a couple more vegan rolls and some soup and salad. 9/10

Atmosphere... I've never been there! But the site forces me to give a rating, so 10/10 I guess.
