Normally I have no real complaints with this kfc, this time was different. I had gone through the drive thru and didn't notice that I was short an item until I got home. So I went back to get it and was sitting next to the open window being ignored by every staph member that passed for 5 min only to finally get someone to get me what they forgot and then just a "is that all" what has happened to customer service these days? No sorry for the inconvenience nothing.

this place is AWFUL! They are rude,incompetent,and always out of things and want to "help you out" by giving you something you didn't want.I honestly don't know how they stay in business.Probably because they are the only one here.If you can get it in st.albans then do so. they might want to think about hair nets and gloves too. never coming back.
