Upon arriving at Kako's Saimin before their 11 am opening time, the appetizing aroma was already wafting through the air. Opting for a small combination, I indulged in a variety of flavors that reminded me of simpler times when a large saimin was an achievable feat. The owner, Marcie, provided quick service and took the time to engage in a pleasant chat, adding a personal touch to the dining experience.
