I called in my order for a party 2 days in advance before the weekend. Then on Saturday I went to pickup my order and was told my order wasn't submitted since I didn't pay in advance. I wasn't told on the phone, you had to pay for my order in advance. Your phone/HR professionalism really suck. Your customer service also suck. If I didn't have your gift cards I'd never eat there.
