I recently discovered that Highland Inn is now owned by the same folks who run Fat Boys, and let me tell you, the food has improved big time! It's super convenient for me now that it's close to my workplace. My go-to order is always the BBQ Chicken - it's tasty and reasonably priced, although the portions are on the smaller side. But what really stands out here is the rice - perfectly cooked with a touch of sweetness and just the right texture. Unfortunately, the service can be a bit lacking, with no bell to call for assistance and staff multitasking while taking orders. It seems like they're always hiring, so they might hire just about anyone who applies.
