This local spot serves up some of the best fried chicken around, with crispy skin and juicy meat that remind me of the old "Jan's" style everyone loves. The BBQ mix plates and bentos are generously portioned, flavorful, and priced just right for families or anyone craving classic Hawaiian plate lunch grinds. Though it's takeout only with limited seating outside, the quick, friendly service and authentic home-style cooking keep me coming back again and again.

I found this hidden eatery that serves up amazing local dishes at friendly prices. The service was really welcoming and efficient. I enjoyed the crispy fried chicken that reminded me of a beloved restaurant from the past. The portions were generous and left me satisfied.
