Aiea Chop Suey was always the first thought of when someone said Chinese food. I relocated to Washington State 15 years ago and every time I return home for a visit the first place we stop at is Aiea Chop Suey. My fave is the Cold Ginger Chicken. The their Beef Broccoli Cake Noodles. Can't find that stuff on the mainland.
