I placed a mobile order. When I arrived, I didn't see my order on the board. I asked the manager why my order wasn't showing. He proceeds to tell me that my payment didn't go through. He made me pay again. I looked on my bank statement and he told me that both charges would not go through. He assured me. He then tells me to go to the app and call if it did go through. Both charges went through as I told him they would. I called the app... Waited on the phone for an hour .. they hung up. I recalled and waited another hour. They said they would refund my money. It has been seven days...no refund. I called them back and they processed it again. Still nothing! I called the restaurant and the manager said she would refund me. I show up and she hands me a cookie wrapper with cash in it. It was four dollars short. I called the app back. They stated that they were unable to process the rest of my refund. I had to go back to the restaurant. Do NOT come here! The manager is dishonest and cheats people out of money on purpose. Then Wendy's lies and passes the buck to prevent any refunds. I will never ever be back.
