Few things satisfy me more than the perfectly balanced, deliciously tender Chinese roast pork fresh from Char Siu House, where the crispy texture may vary but the flavor never disappoints, and alongside their roast pork, I also enjoy the duck, spicy pig ears, and soy sauce chicken, appreciating the friendly service and reasonable prices at this popular Chinatown take-out spot open daily until 2:30 p.m.
