I ordered from Uber Eats and found the bowl to be mostly rice with a small meat portion that I wished was doubled, but the flavors were great, especially the hot salsa which I needed three servings of to really enjoy, while the queso and chips were fresh, and after trying the flavorful, juicy beef birria tacos with consommí© at the lively Ala Moana food court-where the friendly service and quality far surpassed Taco Bell-I'm excited to return in person to customize my order, try other menu items like the amazing UBE horchata and birria quesadilla, and savor the fresh, well-balanced toppings that made my meals satisfying without feeling heavy.
