The miso ramen and gyozas blew me away with their rich flavors and tender meat, making every bite a little celebration in my mouth. The staff hustled efficiently in their cozy, circular setup, making sure drinks never ran dry despite the bustling crowd and occasional language barrier. Sure, the wait can be a test of patience and the hard-boiled egg missed the mark for me, but the overall experience left me craving a return visit faster than you can say "spicy oxtail ramen.
