Don't be deterred by the stripmall setting and slightly weathered sign - Hana in Hawaii Kai is a reliable spot for quick sushi takeout or dine-in. Their sushi options like spicy ahi, scallop mayo, and negitoro are satisfying, while the rolls are hearty and filling. While the Zaru soba might not meet all expectations, the overall experience at Hana is solid for those seeking Japanese cuisine in the area.
