The Teri Beef here hits the perfect balance of sweetness, garlic, and ginger, and I'm all about the mini plate since it lets the sauce mix right with the rice. The hamburger deluxe is solid too, and the fries are fresh, crispy, and sometimes even come free-plus, the service is friendly and the prices are super reasonable, just remember to bring cash because they don't take cards.

Kandi's Drive Inn in Hilo offers delicious teri beef and affordable meals. The mini plate is a favorite, with the teri sauce blending perfectly with the rice.
