Bernie's Mexican Food in Laramie, Wyoming is a beloved spot for me, with its delicious fire roasted green chili, friendly staff, and inviting atmosphere that keeps me coming back for over 15 years, where I always enjoy the beef n cheese enchiladas smothered in Green Chile with a taco and appreciate the family-owned establishment's casual dining vibe, low prices, and short wait times, making it a must-visit on my road trips as the best Mexican restaurant with amazing food and exceptional service.
