After seeing the ratings we decided to try Bubba's. We both ordered the BBQ brisket meal. The meat appeared and tasted like BBQ pot roast!! Not the same texture as brisket and had a 1/2 layer of fat on all of it. Nothing like a lot of the photos on here. The coleslaw tasted like mayonnaise and overruled any other taste. Have been to a lot of BBQ places and so far this is the worst. At this point I'm questioning their reviews and ratings. After sending in my review:
The owner responded that there was a beef shortage and they substituted with what they had. So that means that whatever you order can be substituted and you will be charged the same price and not notified of what you are eating. Good luck with that!!

We went there last night for the first time. The best thing I have to say was the service was great. The young people made a stellar effort to do their job well!
The food was very mediocre. They were completely out of ribs, not sure what that was about. . My baked potato was not done, and butter came in pats wrapped in foil. I had to ask for sour cream which came in packets like Wendy's. The pulled pork and barbeque chicken were
okay, not great. The buttermilk pie was more like cake.
