I recently visited The Filling Station at Three Crowns Golf Course for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The restaurant is open to the public, serving delicious breakfast and lunch options in a welcoming atmosphere with indoor and patio dining overlooking the course. The menu features creatively named dishes inspired by the area's historical ties to the old Amoco Refinery, and my salad with deep-fried shrimp and a variety of fruits was both flavorful and generous in portion size. My husband enjoyed a tasty prime rib sandwich, although he found the seasoned fries to be a bit different from what he expected. The service was excellent, the dinnerware was elegant, and overall, we look forward to returning for another delightful meal.
