During our visits for the National High School Rodeo, we enjoyed breakfast and other meals at Grub's, where the burgers and Shamrock Shake were highlights of our experience. The friendly service and nostalgic diner atmosphere make it a must-visit for anyone traveling through Rock Springs, and I look forward to returning on future trips.

During our visits to Rock Springs for the National High School Rodeo in 2018 and 2019, we discovered a charming diner called Grub's just across from where we stayed. The breakfasts were a hit with us, and we found ourselves returning for more meals and snacks throughout the day. The burgers were simply divine, and the retro horseshoe counter and 50's diner ambiance added to the overall experience. It was fascinating to learn that Grub's Drive In introduced the Shamrock Shake back in the late 40s or early 50s, and it quickly became a favorite of ours.
