Having grown up in New Mexico, I have a deep appreciation for authentic Mexican cuisine. La Familia Prada truly impressed me with their delicious dishes that rival any Mexican restaurant. The enchiladas, tacos, and fajitas we ordered were exceptional. Despite a slight delay in service due to understaffing, the fantastic food made it well worth the wait. I highly recommend dining at La Familia Prada whenever you find yourself in Torrington, Wyoming.
