I pulled up to the drive through, and asked how big the Italian cheese bread was. A lady by the name of "Kristen" who says she's the manager, tells me "there's ten slices." Thats a great answer if the question was about the number of slices, but really doesn't tell me what SIZE the bread is. Kristen then storms off, gets the bread and holds the box up saying "they're THIS big."
I tell her ill take it & I don't want anything else, then debate if its going to be big enough, and ask if they have any others that are ready. She tells me no, & that it would be 10-15 minutes until another one is ready, so I asked if there was anything like it that were ready. She tells me she "has 4 PEPPERONI'S that are ready." So I'm thinking 4 bread sticks with pepperoni on them, NOT A PEPPERONI *PIZZA.* She them precedes to charge me for the pizza even though I don't want a PIZZA (my kids & I are both sensitive to pizza sauce) argues with me that she said they were 4 pepperoni PIZZAS, when she left the PIZZA part out, then tries to tell me I'm not welcome back. I will Gladly not go back there & ill be more than happy NOT to recommend anyone Else go back there either.

My wife and I came in Saturday March 25th for some pizzas. There was only 1 person there ando he said it would be 15 to 20 minutes. We said no problem. We left and came back and the lady that was there in front of us showed up too. There were 3 more customers in the store and he was still by himself. He did awesome running around and getting everyone their orders. One guy had 12 pizzas. We felt so bad for the guy and he should be commended for his efforts and politeness. Whoever the manager is should give him a raise and find better help
