Worland McDonald's is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to! Their "friendly customer service" is more like trying to make royalty do barn chores, you basically have to pull teeth just to have them be nice without attitudes, or nasty looks, and the managers are the worst! I remember I went in one time with my family to order food and they got the order wrong, like they usually do. Then when I ask if my food can get replaced with the right order they are nice about it but treat the other employees like they just committed murder which I feel is uncalled for! The manager ends up doing it herself and when I finally get my food its cold! I also don't like the fact that all these kids that look like they're just getting out of middle school are working at the fry vats. Isn't there an age limit to start using that thing? These kids look like they are 14-16 years old! If I could their rating would be zero! Poor structured company, owners should be ashamed of having it ran like that!
