The diner we visited during our cross-country road trip had a very friendly atmosphere and served a delicious breakfast at 5AM. The building, including the restroom, was well-maintained and clean. We stopped by Penny's on a whim during our journey from the East coast to the West coast, and we were pleasantly surprised by the tasty food and warm service provided by the staff.

Our time at pennys diner was probably the worst day of my life.the service was so so bad. Dirty restaurant. I don't think anybody there bathes regular.
