Slow service, incorrect order, and burnt food. Just yuck all the way around.

Granny's omelette w/ hash browns w/ gravy delivered barely lukewarm. -- Sent it back to the kitchen -- it came back warmer but not hot. -- I still tipped 20 percent
for courteous service.
..... Please improve your standards.
