Been coming to Buffalo for many years. We stop by for breakfast at Pistol Pete's when we are not out early hunting. The food is good and the service very good. One of the few places left where smokers can enjoy their meals (I don't smoke by the way). This is a working mans or womans place for sure, leave your attitude at the door.

04/10/2011 - to honest
My wife and I stopped in this cute mom and pop cafe ( or so we thought ). With us were our 4 small children. When we walked through the door we thought that they called it pistols because of all the smoke rolling in your face. We were seated in the back room, where there are no Windows more like a dungeon for the non smoker. After the waitress took our order my wife being the only one talking for our children to avoid ANY confusion; much to our dismay everyone of them were wrong in some way. we politely just took the food they gave us and ate it. We were glad we got everything and a small pitcher of water, cause we never saw our waitress again. None the less we left our waitress a $5 tip though she never came back to check on us let alone bring us our ticket. The arguing between what seemed to be mother and daughter, must have been the reason we never saw our waitress after her bringing us our food. Food was good but not worth the money spent and the lack of caring for their customers.
