The restaurant offers wonderful service and delicious starters, such as the Four Cheese Spinach dip which was a hit at our table. The ambiance is mellow and warm, providing a relaxing dining experience. Our server, Ian, was accommodating and provided impeccable service throughout our meal, making our night out truly enjoyable.

Always love coming to the Oshawa center gives me a reason to drop by Kelsey's for a burger and a beer. Always great service at the bar.
