During my visit to Absinthe Bistro, I was impressed by the warm and attentive service, from the welcoming staff to the thoughtful touches like fresh bread with unique apricot chive butter. The menu, though small and seasonal, offers perfectly prepared dishes such as tender duck confit, flavorful rib eye steaks, and delicate seafood, all presented with care in a cozy, spacious setting that makes for a comfortable and memorable dining experience.
