I've had lunch at a couple of Z-Teca locations and heard complaints from store owners about their dealings with the franchise. Despite the convenience of this Southcore Financial Centre food court option, the service can be slow and there are often long queues. While the food is tasty and filling, the prices are a bit steep compared to other burrito spots.
