Waited 15 minutes for an order of fish and shrimp.
Drove home, opened the box, and saw that there was zero shrimp.

The pics. of fish were the size of a small finger!

What a rip!

I went thru drive thru at 3pm today and got Connor at the window. I had ordered 5 pieces of chicken and when I got there he said it will be about 5-6 mins for chicken and I said fine. He proceeded to ask how my day was going and we had a great chat for about a minute( I thought, how sweet is he to talk so the wait wouldn't seem so long ) he asked me to pull forward and will bring my order to me. Well it was 3 mins and he came to the car and he said here is your mighty fine looking chicken! I asked his name and said Connor it has been delightful talking with you today and he said me as well. Had to call when I got home but mgr wasn't there so called back just now and had a wonderful chat with the area mgr and he was delighted that I called. I have always had super nice staff at the drive thru but somehow Connor just made my day, and the area mge made me so happy that I called as I know this will be passed on to the employee

For all of you making reviews here, this is unofficial, and if you are wonder why the prices are higher then what they say online, it's because we didint make the website, nor is it even a Canadian website (which means prices are higher). We cannot update what we do not own.

Ate there twice and had take out twice
Only one In store meal was worth it. Other orders of chicken were Dry and Luke warm. Fries weren’t very good either.
Their website is outdated already... nothing much updated for months.
No online pricing that I could find.
Really poorly done at this point.

Was in Penticton on May 11th and stopped there to try the famous Popeyes and ordered the 2 pieces of chicken and also shrimp tackle box. Went back to Kelowna BC disappointed because chicken and shrimp were dark brown. I realize that they just opened but should be putting out better products. I hope that they read this and take pride in their jobs and products immediately

The chicken was pretty good but the online menu's prices are much lower than what they charge you when you get there. So although the food was good I don't go back to food outlets I am not able to trust.

Always have one eye open on our US trips for this delicious chicken. Red beans and rice, biscuits, coleslaw with juicy crisp chicken. Lucky Penticton.
