I enjoyed a delicious meal of tofu vermicelli, a regular spring roll, and shrimp rice wraps. My favorite was definitely the spring roll, and I plan on returning for more, especially to try the fish balls earlier in the day. The vegetarian options were great, the owners were friendly, the hours were convenient, the prices were reasonable, and I appreciated the unsweetened coconut water available - making it a fantastic first food truck experience that exceeded expectations.
