Recently stopped by a local restaurant I hadn't visited in years to try their famous soft tofu soup. Opted for the beef soondubu jigae with bean sprouts, kimchi, and rice for a reasonable price. The soup was incredibly flavorful and satisfying, with tender beef and perfectly cooked tofu chunks. I'll definitely be making more frequent visits here for this delicious meal.
