There's this awesome spot in Quebec City that has the most amazing poutine I've ever tasted. The fries were perfectly crispy, unlike anything I've had before. I scarfed it down quickly on my last day in Quebec, trying to cram in as much as possible before my flight. The service was good, the ambiance cozy, but the burger I ordered was a total flop. Stick to the poutine, trust me.
