When the food truck revolution took off, Goodah Gastrotruck emerged as a pioneer and, in my view, continues to reign supreme. From their permanent spot at the Western Fair Farmers Market to their mobile appearances, they consistently dish out mouth-watering grilled cheese sandwiches - as long as the weather cooperates. Their menu features classic grilled cheese options paired with apple coleslaw, kettle chips, or a shot of tomato dill soup, with the option to customize your meal with add-ons and daily specials that are out of this world.
