Bourays has been a consistent go-to for me for over a decade, offering Vietnamese comfort dishes that hit the spot. The menu may have changed hands over the years, but the quality and service have only improved. While the dishes may not be the absolute best in town, they are pretty darn good, especially the beef pho and bun thit nuong. The serving sizes are generous, the egg rolls are deliciously crisp, and the staff provide excellent service, making it a great spot for a satisfying meal.
